Issue tracker for 3rdparty repository?

Benjamin Schieder
Hello.

I have an issue to report with the CardDAV part of ownCloud, but on
github there's no "Issues" tab in that directory.
Where do I report those?

Kind regards,
Benjamin

Re: Issue tracker for 3rdparty repository?

I tried once and my issue was closed with "don't open here, open there" and I'd like to avoid writing a lengthy report and then having it closed in my face.

Kind regards,
Benjamin

Re: Issue tracker for 3rdparty repository?

Which issue do you want to report?

We don't want to have an issue tracker for upstream project here because this would duplicate the bugs and most upstream developer will most likely not check the ownCloud bugtracker for bugs.

So please try to report bugs about software in 3rdparty to the upstream project.

Frank

If you want to report an issue specific to SabreDAV - the CardDAV part - you
should report it upstream.
If it's about ownClouds implementation of SabreDAV [2], you should report it
in the apps repo [3] and tag me @tanghus

[2] https://github.com/owncloud/apps/tree/stable5/contacts/lib/sabre/
